Private Residence - 1999

Addition and Alterations to the former Residence of J. A. Whitman, originally designed by Andrews, Jaques, and Rantoul, Architects, in 1890 and New Shingle Style Poolhouse in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. All architectural changes were reviewed and approved by the Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission in compliance with the Design Review Guidelines for the Chestnut Hill Historic District. Designed to be sympathetic with the
original 1890 residence, the Poolhouse employs traditional Shingle Style massings, details, and color for a compatible design.
