Private Residence - 1998

Nantucket, MA

 

What began as a master bedroom and bath addition to this thirteen-year-old house became a complete structural renovation. The size of this house and its state of disrepair necessitated that this project be constructed in two phases. The designers used historically based details in an effort to unify the home's architecture. The 2-1/2 acre cliff site boasts spectacular views of Nantucket Sound and the west side of the island.
