Originally constructed circa 1930 as a three car garage with chauffeur’s quarters at the 2nd floor and converted to a single family residence in the mid-20th century, this residence has been designed to reference the turn-of-the-century Victorian summer homes, most notably “Blue Shutters”, that either used to or continue to grace Lincoln Circle.  Repositioned on a new full basement, this home will be updated in the charm and style of a simple, unpretentious, Nantucket summer cottage.
