Located on a small barrier island just off the northeast coast of Massachusetts where the architecture is an eclectic blend of old beach cottages, standard residential homes and intriguing modest little treasures, Design Associates has designed a modest yet charming summer cottage, reminiscent of an earlier time. Designed to flood zone standards, this waterfront home is perched high above the 100 year flood elevation, with westerly views over the basin and to the Merrimack River beyond.
