Located in the rural Historic District of Lincoln, Massachusetts, this Colonial Georgian residence was renovated to fully capture the views over eight acres of pastoral, stone-walled farmland. Designed in collaboration with Manuel de Santaren Interiors Inc., the renovations feature a classic Georgian stair hall and stair case, the restoration of original raised panel fireplace walls and wainscoting, a Georgian screened porch, and a kitchen/breakfast area/family seating area overlooking the landscape terraces and plantings, designed by Thomas Wirth Associates, Landscape Architects.
