Rising from the ashes of a 1920's Cape style home destroyed by fire in 1999, this new Village Victorian references mid-nineteenth-century residences in Billerica's historic town center and was featured on WGBH-TV's This Old House. Nineteenth-century architectural features of sharply pitched roofs, shed dormers, porches, decorative brackets and a period paint scheme are sheathed with 21st-century building materials of rubber slate, cement clapboard, and foam millwork railings, posts, & brackets, creating a residence of enduring quality.
