Set within the city’s urban residential area, this new residence is reminiscent of the early to mid 20th century architecture of Art Deco and International Styles. The primary living spaces have been sited to take the westerly Rocky Mountain views with tall, ceiling height windows and doors and from several outdoor decks. Project will feature green roofs and photovoltaic panels for energy efficiency.
