From the time we have an executed Owner/Architect agreement, we are able to commence the Preparation of As-Built, Existing Condition drawings, if your project is a renovation, alteration or addition. Listed below is a general timeline for the architectural design phase of a typical residential renovation project. Depending on your needs, we can expedite this process and will advise you, if and when appropriate, that your project may be compromised by a more aggressive residential design timeline.
